Our Senior Service Delivery engineers provide a high level of technical expertise including support and consultancy to clients either from the Head Office or at any client site.  Key responsibilities include incident and services request management, solutions architecture, project support, pre-sales support and request escalation.

We are looking for an individual who can provide technical leadership to our clients and their colleagues. The candidate needs to have excellent knowledge of relevant technologies deployed across our client sites as well as emerging techniques and technologies.

This role requires an individual who is highly motivated with good communication skills – both written and spoken.  You need to be able to balance priorities in a busy environment and have a keen sense of ownership as well as confidence in managing issues.  Professional accreditations in relevant disciplines are an advantage including ITIL.
