Sovereign Business Integration was founded in 1994 by two of the current Directors who have a wealth of experience and knowledge of the IT industry having worked for some of the top IT companies and within IT departments of other industry businesses.  It all started from the question:

"What are businesses missing from their IT suppliers?  And how can we fill the gap?"

Without doubt we had to be competitive on price, provide complete and up-to-date skills and a paramount customer service.  However, at the heart of the service, we had to be  focused on:

Service Delivery: Offer a comprehensive range of services - from consultancy through to project management to full outsourcing services, with complete aftercare. 

Service Commitment:  provide whatever the client needs to support their business:

  • Some utilise us on a regular consultancy basis
  • Some require our support on specific projects
  • Some want us to manage part of their IT, e.g. network
  • Others need us to manage fully their IT so they can concentrate on their core business.

Client Understanding: not just their business sector, but also their operational processes and ways of working to ensure that the IT services provided truly support and benefit their business.

Sovereign has continued to grow on the foundation of these values, which are instilled in all of our staff at every level.
