When businesses invest in an application, it is important that they get full functionality from the system. Application support isn't just about fixing a problem when the system is down - it spans much further than that. For our clients, we will ensure that the application(s) runs successfully and smoothly.
As well as the obvious emergency responses to the application being down, we also fix general errors and bugs that can pop up from time to time that aren't critical, but are affecting the business. We work with staff with any specific problems or questions they have on the system; respond to environmental and business process change, manage upgrades and update any supporting documents for the application(s).
We support out clients on sector specific systems as well as generic IT systems.
