We will take the client to market and select potential suppliers and then with the project management and implementation of the system; including the training so that the new investment is working for the business from the start.
We also work with clients to make sure they are getting the most from their investment and real value for money. Often all the data is being entered, but the reporting tools aren’t quite working and customised reports need to be developer so that meaningful information is collated quickly and efficiently. We can also make sure that the applications are talking to each other so that the organisation can benefit from automation and reduce the risk of poor data due to data entry error.
